As a result of this acquisition, since 31st January 2024 Liberty Seguros has been part of the Generali Group. Generali is one of the companies most highly recommended by its customers, ranks among the largest insurers in Europe, and is one of the largest companies worldwide, according to Forbes.

Lastly, I would like to inform our customers that as of 31st January 2024, the legal name of Liberty Seguros has been changed to Generali Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A.U. In this respect, it is important to note that in the coming months, although references to the company’s previous legal name will continue to appear in certain documents for operational reasons, these references should be understood for all relevant purposes as referring to Generali Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A.U.
